Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

  • USA & Asia: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: Typically 10–18 business days, depending on local postal services

  • Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on orders over €100

Customs & Import Taxes

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping courier directly to initiate a claim.
If your package is stolen after delivery, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible. In such cases, we suggest contacting your local police department to report the theft.
