SECTION 16 - PRODUCT IMAGERY AND AI VISUALS
1.1 Visual Representation
Our website may feature a combination of traditional photography, video, and AI-enhanced or AI-generated imagery. These visuals are used for creative and stylistic presentation, helping to convey the intended aesthetic and overall look of each design.
1.2 Product Accuracy
While we strive to ensure all visuals closely reflect the final product, certain images may vary slightly in lighting, texture, color tone, or drape. The most accurate representation of each item is provided in the written product description, including materials, measurements, and details, as well as product videos where available.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the product description and any available video content. Minor visual differences between marketing imagery and the physical product may occur and are not considered defects, provided the item substantially matches the described specifications.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
